I had a courtesy car for the duration of the recall, whilst a lovely car it was filthy! They did offer to clean it before I took it but was in a hurry so took it as it was. Took a bit longer to complete the work but no major issues.

I have purchased quite a few high performance BMW's 1 m3 2 m4 1m2 z4 m40i m240i and I like to ask questions but sometimes feel the service personnel don't understand your questions access to a technical person would be nice otherwise very polite

The final cost of my MOT and service bore no resemblance to the figure given to me verbally when I was contacted on the phone prior to my visit. There was no mention of the additional charge for Standard Scope, this should be included in the service.

Very satisfied, however the service cost over the phone was different at the garage on the day. This was mentioned and the original over the phone price was given without question. Very happy but the over the phone cost should be the cost on the day.

When I purchased the car from the previous franchise holders, Rybrook Worcester, included in the deal was "MOT Test - free for life". Unfortunately, Sytner, who have recently taken over this dealership, have reneged on that agreement.

Settings within my car were changed whilst the car was in the workshop like the central locking preferences. My driver door window needed to be repaired due to the cable snapping that secures the glass into the seal when locking and unlocking
