You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensuring our showroom standards are always met. It’s all about giving BMW customers an excellent first impression. You will have previous proven experience of working as a receptionist in a prestigious establishment. You will promote excellent customer service by greeting all customers contacting the centre in a professional and courteous manner and in accordance with brand guidelines, you will distribute enquiries, passing calls and messages to colleagues in an accurate, timely and appropriate manner.
